A family owned centre in Norman Park, purpose-built in 2010 and shaped by natural light, deep verandas and outdoor spaces designed for real childhood play.
Art Cabin
Okeedokee Early Learning Centre is built on a simple idea. Every day should feel like a great day for your child.
We teach with passion. We play with imagination. We care with a positive heart. Your kids feel this every day. We believe a little more care and a little more time make a big difference, celebrating the small moments that shape confident, kind children.
Our Story
Okeedokee began as a family owned idea. The land was purchased in the early 2000s. The site once held a small 1963 shell servo that traded for only two years. It became a community craft centre, then later grew into the place it is today.
The approval process involved negotiation and patience. Construction started in 2009 with help from family, including Lyndon’s younger brother as builder. Our Norman Park centre opened in 2010, shaped by natural light, deep verandas, and outdoor spaces designed for real childhood play.
We are motivated to inspire your child’s development.
Surpassing expectations
We strive to deliver more than you expect from early learning.
Our People
Our team is chosen for warmth, stability, and genuine care. Your child sees familiar faces and builds strong relationships that support their confidence.
Come and see it for yourself
The best way to understand the Okeedokee difference is to feel it for yourself. Most tours take 15 to 20 minutes.
